Job Description
- Operate and monitor production machines according to process requirements (Drawing, Assembly, Extrusion, Bunching, Drum Twister, Tapping, etc.).
- Set up machines with proper tools, materials, and parameters based on job specifications.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed.
- Follow all safety rules, company policies, and quality control procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or cable/wire industry is a must.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Physically fit and able to stand or operate machines for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
