Job Description
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served at the correct temperature.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies and inventory.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service to maintain consistency.
- Report any equipment malfunction, shortage, or safety concern to the supervisor.
- Support other kitchen staff and work collaboratively to ensure timely service.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet service deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment.
