Job Description
- ABILITY TO DEVELOP CREATIVE AND UNIQUE DESSERT EXPERIENCES IS HIGHLY VALUED.
- COLLABORATE WITH THE HEAD PASTRY CHEF TO CREATE NEW RECIPES, SEASONAL SPECIALTIES AND INNOVATIVE MENU ITEMS.
- A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF FOOD AND SAFETY, SANITATION, AND HACCP PRINCIPLES IS CRUCIAL. ASSIST WITH MANAGING INGREDIENT INVENTORY, SOURCING SUPPLIERS, AND MAINTAINING STOCK LEVELS.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- PREFERRABLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN BAKERY/BAKESHOP OPERATIONS. NCII TESDA CERTIFICATE IS MUST. WITH HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN A PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN.
- WITH COMPREHENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF PROFESSIONAL PASTRY TECHNIQUES, INGREDIENTS AND FOOD SCIENCE IS ESSENTIAL. WITH CULINARY DEGREE OR SIMILAR..
