Job Description
- OVERSEES THE CHOCOLATE SECTION OF A KITCHEN, RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING AND PRESENTING HIGH-QUALITY CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS LIKE BONBONS, PRALINES AND DESSERTS.
- ASSIST IN RESEARCHING, TESTING, AND DEVELOPING NEW CHOCOLATE RECIPES AND SEASONAL COLLECTIONS. ENSURE CONSISTENT QUALITY , FLAVOR, TEXTURE AND AESTHETIC PRESENTATION OF CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS.
- ADHERE STRICTLY TO FOOD HYGIENE, SANITATION, AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, INCLUDING HACCP PROTOCOLS.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- WITH EXPERIENCED WORKING IN A BAKESHOP, ESPECIALIZATION IN CHCOCOLATE AND PASTRY.
- WITH NCII TESDA CERTIFICATE IN FOOD HANDLING, BREAD AND PASTRY, OR DEGREE IN CULINARY.
- WITH CULINARY KNOWLEDGE: DEEP UNDESTANDING OF CHOCOLATE TECHNIQUES INCLUDING TEMPERING, MOLDING, AND DECORATIONS.
