Job Description
- Assist chefs and cooks in the preparation and cooking of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, or measuring as instructed.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items and supplies.
- Dispose of waste andmaintain kitchen orderliness and cleanliness.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries of ingredients and supplies.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service operations.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
- Possesses a precise, hardworking, clean, and energetic personality.
- Knowledge of gyros preparation or other Mediterranean dishes is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Willing to follow instructions and hygiene standards strictly.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
