Job Description
- PROFESSUIONALS RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING PRECISE SURVEYS, LAYOUT, ALIGNMENT, AND ELEVATION CHECKS TO ENSURE CONSTRUCTION IS DONE ACCORDING TO PLANS.
- ESTIMATES CONSTRUCTION COSTS, ASSMBLES BID PACAKAGES, AND MANAGES SUBCONTRACTOR AND VENDOR HIRING.
- OVERSEES ALL SURVEY ACTIVITIES FOR A SPECIFIC PROJECT, ENSURING IT STAYS ON TRACK AND MEETS QUALITY STANDARDS.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Personal Services & Building/Ground Services; Quantity Survey or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- BACHELORS DEGREE IN A RELEVANT FIELDS SUCH AS MATERIALS SCIENCE, CIVIL OR CHEMICAL ENGINEERING IS TYPICALLY REQUIRED.
- WITH WORK EXPERIENCED AS CIVIL SURVEYOR. SKILLED IN USING SPECIALIZED SOFTWARE FOR DATA ANALYSIS, MAPPING AND DRAFTING.
