Job Description
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and techniques.
- Ensure consistency and high quality in all food prepared. This includes inspecting ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor food stock, manage supplies, and control food costs for the assigned section.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Additional Information
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the work station and ensure all necessary equipment is in good working order.
