Job Description
- Prepare and serve high-quality sushi and sashimi, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Select and handle fresh ingredients, craft creative sushi dishes, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, manage prep work efficiently, and deliver excellent dining experiences to guests.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Work experience must come from a well-known local or international Japanese/sushi restaurant
