Job Description
- Develop and implement new and improved glass forming processes and techniques to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the forming process, such as equipment malfunctions or product defects.
- Monitor material performance and evaluate how materials degrade over time to determine the causes of product failures.
- Conduct tests on processes and equipment to ensure performance and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Gain in-depth knowledge and expertise in various forming machines and their associated processes, including specific types of IS machines and their control systems.
- Work closely with production teams and other engineers, sharing technical knowledge, and mentoring junior staff.
- Strong understanding of glass science, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with core process control tools like Process Flow Diagrams, Process FMEAs, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes of problems, and develop effective solutions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Industrial); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Glass bottle manufacturing Industry is required
