Job Description
- Trained and authorized to navigate Air Niugini’s reservations system (Mars, Sabre).
- Books charter, domestic, international and accommodation requirements.
- Communicates with travel agents and airlines.
- Does email filing of all travel documents.
- Knowledgeable on Pronto for travel purchases.
- Completes card transactions for credit card payments.
- Issues tickets and electronic miscellaneous documents as required.
- Updates ticket itineraries on calendar movements.
- Issues dummy itineraries for visa applications.
- Assists on flight cancellations, overbooking and missed flights.
- Populates Task Tracker for more efficient individual task management
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- • Degree in Management or Tourism and Hospitality Management
- Must have 3 to 5 years' experience in supervisory position
