Job Description
- Understand and execute 3D design and visualization for new wood product concepts. Review IFC/architectural drawings and segregate woodwork areas by floor, room, or element.
- Package work scopes by type (e.g., doors, cabinets, decorative panels) and align with machine/operation types. Prepare detailed BOQs and material specifications including wood types, quantities, thicknesses, accessories.
- Coordinate technically with the carpentry team to freeze drawings and define production stages. Develop shop drawings for approval and coordinate with site and architectural teams.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Architecture / Urban Studies or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
