Job Description
- Project Planning & Scheduling Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design and pre construction phases.
- Budget & Cost Control Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Track project expenses and manage procurement of materials and services.
- Contract Administration Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Team Leadership & Coordination Lead project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Have a good English communication skills and Present yourself professionally and proven experience with project management software
- Knowledge of how to use the measuring instruments, total station theodolite, and CAD.

- Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
