Job Description
- Responsible for the smooth running of the operations to maximise sales and minimise costs, be a competent leader and team player, with an eye for an opportunity
- Expected to manage employees and the overall efficiency and ecommerce site along with expanding sales productivity
- Assessing items sold in the store, working with the marketing department to create sales and promotions when necessary.
- Create retail plan and initiate changes with the intention of improving the store’s annual performance, as well as collating and relaying all relevant reports and stock information in a suitable and timely manner.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Must have at least 5+ years’ experience in sales & marketing (manufacturing, furniture, or interiors an advantage).
- Ability to read and interpret design plans, templates, and technical drawings and Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, stitching techniques, and foam densities.
Additional Information
- Having sufficient product knowledge and customer service skills to help customers with advanced questions on products.
- Weekly and Monthly reporting on the retail site’s productivity, making sure the site is meeting financial monthly targets
