Job Description
- Excellent awareness in preparing manufacturing orders and shop drawings for fabrication (cutting list) for job orders using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues and achieve timely progress.
- Inspect delivered finishing materials and verify compliance with technical specifications and approved samples.
- Verify that workmanship meets industry’s best practices and that all tolerances (levels, alignments, joints, etc.) are within required standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings and ensure proper coordination.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works (gypsum, joinery, marble, tiles, paints, wall cladding, ceiling, glass, metal, carpet, and decorative finishes).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Undergraduate of at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering or related
- Familiar with basic Architecture and Design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop.
- Ability to design furniture and contribute to custom joinery works.
- Strong conceptual and design skills with a creative approach to interior detailing.
- Must submit a Design Portfolio/Sample Works as part of the application.
- Flexible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
