Job Description
- Review clients’ requirements and assess construction plans.
- Prepare and analyze project costings (materials, quantities, and subcontractors) to ensure the best value.
- Prepare reports, tenders, contracts, bills of quantities, risk assessments, and other related documents.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and analyze project outcomes.
- Coordinate with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and work schedules.
- Oversee construction activities until project completion.
- Source and monitor construction materials and ensure proper inventory tracking.
- Keep track of any changes in plans or designs and adjust budgets accordingly.
- Maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel between office and project sites as required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic); Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and numeracy skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
