Job Description
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive, ascertain their dining needs, and guide them to their tables.
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure a smooth flow of service and a positive dining experience for guests.
- Distribute menus to guests and answer basic questions about the menu.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting tables, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Provide excellent customer service, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
