Job Description
- Accurately handle payments from customers, whether cash, card, or digital, and provide correct change and receipts.
- Enter customer orders into a point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Greet customers, answer questions about menu items, and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Count the cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Keep the cashier station, dining areas, and service areas clean and organized.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- First timer is welcome with degree holder in any HRM-related course
- Good communication skills and with pleasing personality.
