Job Description
- Prepare daily reports and other documentation as required by the contract.
- Verify that only approved materials are incorporated into the work.
- Recognize potential conflicts, issues, and problems, and report them to the supervisor with proposed solutions.
- Coordinate the work of subconsultants for surveying and material testing.
- Provide general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
- Verify equipment alignment and balancing operations. Participate in the development of quality control reports and procedures.
- Inspect and monitor works related to roads, utilities, traffic management etc.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with experience in one or more of the following project types: roads, drainage, utilities, or irrigation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Good communication skills for coordinating with contractors, inspectors, and engineers.
- Strong analytic capabilities and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations on construction sites.
- Expectation of road and utility construction experience. Don't require structural. Working in vicinity of roads, TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT-implementation only, safety requirements for diversions, lighting, signage, etc. Implement as approved in drawings. Ma
- Systems/software requirements? MS Office, CAD software, AUTOCAD or Microstation-not mandatory. Equinex is preferred as well-not required, trainable
