Job Description
- Transporting various typesof cargo via road across international routes within the European Union.
- Operating tarpaulin trailers (curtain-siders) in accordancewith route requirements and cargo type.
- Completing cargo documents, including CMR waybills, shipment logs, and delivery confirmations.
- Maintaining regular communication with dispatchers, route managers, and warehouse personnel.
- Working on a shift or rotational basis, depending on trip schedules and destinations.
- Performing daily vehicle checks to ensure road worthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensuring cargo is secured properly and transported safely in line with EU road safety regulations.
- Monitoring tachograph data and adhering to driving/rest time regulations.
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and condition, reporting technical issues or damage promptly.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Driver’s license with Band CEcategories (at least 1 year of experience).
- Must have a Valid Digital Driver Card
- Candidates must have a passport.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Good understanding of EU transport laws, including driver’s hours, rest periods, and border regulations
- Physically fit and able to handle long-distance trips and various weather conditions
- Willingness to work in shiftsor rotation systems, including overnight trips across EU borders
- Team player with the ability to work in dependently and manage documentation and schedules.
