Job Description
- ACTING AS A CONNECTING POINT BETWEEN COMPLAINTS AND MANPOWER RELATIONS SECTION
- SUPPORT RELATIONS SECTION WHILE RECEIVING, ASSEMBLING AND ORGANIZING INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATED COMPLAINTS
- RECEIVING AND HANDLING ANY COMPLAINTS OR RELATED ISSUES AND INQUIRIES THROUGH VARIOUS INTERACTION AND COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
- INCLUDING HOTLINES, EMAILS, SITE VISIT AS WELL AS ANALYZING AND CATEGORIZING THEM TO START THE CASE MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE
- UNDERSTAND AND RECEIVED CASES, INVESTIGATING AND IDENTIFYING THE CAUSE, TO FACILITATE THE IDENTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTIONS IN COORDINATION WITH THE RELATIVE ENTITIES.
- STUDYING AND ANALYZING THE REASONS AND FACTORS BEHIND THE RECEIVED COMPLAINTS AND WORKING TOWARDS SOLVING SIMPLE AND ESSENTIAL CUSTOMERS AND MANPOWER ISSUES
- MONITORING GRIEVIANCE HANDLING DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING WHILE ENSURING FAIR CONDUCT EXECUTION .
- DEVELOPING A DATABASE OF RECEIVED COMPLAINTS AND MANPOWER RELATED ISSUES AND UPDATING ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE TO REVIEW
- ENSURING PROPER AND TIMELY PROBLEM RESOLUTION THROUGH CONTINOUSLY TRACKING THE PROGRESS OF PROBLEM RESOLVING AND RECOMMENDING FURTHER ACTIONS IF NEEDED
- PERFORMING OTHER DUTIES RELATED TO THE JOB ASSIGNED BY THE DIRECT SUPERVISOR
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
