Job Description
- Cut, trim, bone, and prepare different types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) for retail or wholesale sale.
- Weigh, label, and package meat products accurately.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and hygiene.
- Keep knives and butchering tools clean and in good working condition.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proven experience as a butcher or in meat cutting.
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to use cutting tools, saws, grinders, and other butchering equipment.
