Job Description
- Carry operations & maintenance activities independently on bigger projects - whether inspections, preventive, corrective or repair works as per the set standards and procedures for the concerned assets.
- Carry out inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to the defined schedules and methods to guarantee the provision of a timely service to customers.
- React to any complaints or emergencies promptly and as directed by the Group Leader / Supervisor to provide the necessary corrective maintenance measures and resolve customers’ problems.
- Monitor the running conditions of various assets within the scope of work, check their operational efficiency, ensure that their functionality complies with standards, and take the necessary preventive measures if any problems are detected.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with ELV systems including hardware failures, wiring faults, or replacing faulty components and conduct necessary adjustments to restore system functionality.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Diploma or a 2-year Industrial Training Course in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, communication, audio-visual, networking, and automation systems.
