Job Description
- washing, chopping, shredding and grating ingredients for subsequent use
- sweeping and mopping floors as required
- assisting with the unloading of deliveries, assisting with the monitoring of inventory
- storing ingredients according to prescribed food and safety regulations
- reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager
- packaging customer's left over food upon request
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- TITP AND JITCO CERTIFICATE IF EX ABROAD WITH N3 OR N4 PASSER
- Food service industry skills proficiency test
