Job Description
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons, greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked ( about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Infor customers about the day’s special, Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff,Follow all relevant health department regulations,
- provide excellent customer service to the guest
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- WITH TITP CERTIFICATE, JLPT, N3 OR N4 PASSER
- FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY SKILLS PROFICIENCY TEST
