Job Description
- Report to the Managing Director
- Work closely with both the sales and wholesale teams to oversee and control the wholesale orders for local and/or outstation customers
- Supervise and manage a team to plan and organise orders for collection, invoicing and despatch
- Prioritise orders depending on truck and shipment schedules, working on a FIFO basis
- Providing a quality and efficient service to our customers
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse and supermarket and stock control and stock takes
- Control stocks coming into the Supermarket
- Liaise with the warehouse team to determine the stocks required for sending to Base
- Assist the Supermarket Managers when required
- Manage and train staff and other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Tertiary qualified Knowledge of warehouse management
- Computer literate using an inhouse POS system
- With strong work ethics and hands on and active
- Willing and able to learn, be hard working and flexible
- Must be organized & efficient and with good management skills
- Team player Able to lead by example
- Managers must also be able to handle the responsibility and pressure of meeting deadlines
