Job Description
- Room cleaning: Vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Bed and linen care: Making beds, changing sheets, pillowcases, and blankets, and replacing towels.
- Restocking supplies: Replenishing toiletries, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms.
- Public area maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining public spaces like lobbies, hallways, and stairways.
- Maintenance and safety: Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, and reporting them to management. They also ensure all safety policies are followed.
- Guest services: Responding to guest requests, handling complaints in a friendly manner, and providing basic information about the facilities.
- Lost and found: Reporting and storing lost and found items.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- With good communication skills
- Physical mobility and stamina to perform manual labor. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
- Meticulousness in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to a high standard.
