Job Description
- Prepping ingredients, cooking and plating food according to company standards and recipes, and assisting senior chefs during service
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, cleaning equipment, and ensuring all areas adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards
- Providing general assistance to the Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and other senior kitchen staff as directed
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Must have the experience in Fine dining restaurant
