Job Description
- Ensure food stations are continuously restocked with food and presentation is kept attractive and organized.
- Remove dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and ensure all serving areas, utensils, and dishes are clean and sanitary. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Answer questions about food options, dietary restrictions, and assist with other requests.
- Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glassware. Assist with the setup and breakdown of buffet lines for events.
- Keep service areas stocked with necessary supplies, such as clean plates, silverware, and linens.
- Serve guests drinks, refill beverages, and clear plates from tables as needed.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide a positive guest experience.
- Necessary for setting up the buffet correctly, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory.
