Job Description
- Promptly and professionally deliver orders to tables, and check on guests to ensure they are satisfied
- Address customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism
- Clear and reset tables, and maintain a clean and organized dining area
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables and tasks at once
