Job Description
- Prepare and serve both hot and cold beverages, including coffee and espresso drinks, teas, and alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and customer requests
- Greet customers, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Work with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment and assist with opening and closing duties
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Must Have Experience In Cold & Hot Beverages
