Job Description
- Applicant will assigned to work in PNS (Private Nursing Services)
- Assessing patients to determine what their ongoing physical, mental and emotional needs are
- Creating care plans that outline the services and treatments that patients will receive
- Administering medications orally, intravenously or via injection or inhaler
- Monitoring and tracking patient vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature
- Performing services and treatments, such as cleaning wounds, changing catheters and caring for ostomy sites
- Coordinating care with Physicians, Therapists, Social Workers and other medical professionals
- Educating patients and family caregivers about managing chronic health conditions
- Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding private medical information
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
