Job Description
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage large teams and collaborate effectively across departments. .
- Excellent clinical knowledge and the ability to assess, monitor, and improve patient care practices.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, electronic health records (EHR), and other tools used in clinical settings.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive change in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- At least 5-10 years of nursing experience, with a significant portion in a leadership or management role (e.g., Nurse Manager, Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator).
- Experience in diverse healthcare settings, such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, or outpatient clinics, is highly valued. .
- Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) are optional certifications that can enhance a DON's qualifications.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) for senior roles.
- Advanced certifications in specialized areas of nursing practice (e.g., critical care, pediatrics, geriatrics) may also be beneficial depending on the setting. o
