Job Description
- Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff ( Private Nursing Services -PNS- Standard for Hamad Medical Corporation HMC ).
- Conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Assess and evaluate the learning needs of nursing staff.
- Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience .
- Minimum of 2 years Previous experience in a teaching or educational role for staff nurses .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
