Job Description
- Perform MIG and TIG welding operations on a variety of metal materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Set up welding equipment according to welding procedures and project specifications.
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and compliance with military and automotive standards.
- Perform maintenance on welding equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure fabrication accuracy.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and welding symbols (AWS/ASME standards).
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality assurance in military-grade manufacturing.
- Familiar with safety procedures and PPE usage in industrial environments.
