Job Description
- Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and taste.
- Supervise overall operations of the kitchen and ensure compliance with all company standards.
- Prepare specific food items and meal components.
- Follow directions provided by the company standards.
- Collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Ability to use kitchen equipment & appliances properly.
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
- Passion for delivering great food and service.
- Good organizational skills and must show attention to detail.
