Job Description
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of professional kitchen experience in an international hotel or resort environment
- Excellent knowledge of food presentation, portion control and kitchen hygiene standrds.
- Background in multi-cuisine operations preferred. Ability to train, motivate and supervise kitchen staff
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
