Job Description
- Certification in Front Office Operations, Customer Service or Leadership is an advantage
- Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in the Front Office Department of a hotel or resort
- Experience handling guest check-in/out, reservations and complaint resolution.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or a related field.
Additional Information
- At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or senior receptionist role in a 4 or 5 star property
