Job Description
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming spare parts, lubricants, tires, filters, tools, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO system).
- Update stock records using computerized systems or manual logs.
- Issue materials, tools, and parts to mechanics, operators, or site teams as per approved requests.
- Record material issuance and return properly in the store ledger or ERP system.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of stored items.
- Coordinate with the PMV Workshop, Maintenance Engineer, and Procurement Department for part requisitions and replenishment.
- Follow up on material requests and delivery schedules.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies or shortages. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management. Monitor slow-moving and obsolete items and suggest disposal or transfer.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure items are stored safely and securely. Follow safety and environmental policies during handling, storage, and disposal of materials
- Maintain all records such as delivery notes, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and issue slips. Ensure documentation complies with company and client procedures.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
