Job Description
- • Operate asphalt and chip sealing machinery safely and efficiently.
- • Prepare and treat road surfaces before application.
- • Monitor material quality and ensure even surface finishes.
- • Apply asphalt, sealants, and aggregates according to project specifications.
- • Conduct minor maintenance on tools and sealing equipment.
- • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- • Minimum 3 years’ overseas experience in asphalt or chip sealing.
- • Candidates with only Philippines experience must have at least 10 years in the industry, have worked with reputable companies, and can provide credible references.
- • Skilled in operating sealing equipment and handling asphalt materials.
- • Knowledgeable in surface preparation, sealing techniques, and site safety.
- • Physically fit and willing to perform manual labour.
