Job Description
- Responsible in menu planning, portion control, and maintaining 5-star presentation standards while incorporating local and international flavors.
- Manage and train a multicultural culinary team.
- Responsible in food costing, budgeting, and sustainable kitchen practices.
- Create and develop menu with consistent 5-star standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 5–7 years’ experience in 5* hotels as an Executive Chef (with at least 2 years as Exec. Sous Chef.
- Strong expertise in international cuisine, fine dining, and large-scale banquet operations.
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and waste management.
- Excellent understanding of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety.
