Job Description
- • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- • Supervise, train, and manage security personnel to ensure professional performance.
- • Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and inspections.
- • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- • Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
- • Ensure proper allocation and monitoring of security staff across shifts
- • Handle crisis management, emergency response, and evacuation procedures
- • Provide security briefings and updates to management.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Protective Services & Management or similar fields.
- • Former military or police background strongly preferred
- • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in security management.
- • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- • Knowledge of security technology (CCTV, alarms, access systems) is a Plus.
- • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- • Physically fit and mentally alert.
- • Must possess integrity, discipline, and a proactive approach to security
- • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends if necessary.
- • Valid security certifications/licenses (if required by law).
