Job Description
- Supervise staff performance during his shift, to ensure standard are emplemented
- Ensure pre-shift preparation is done and put everything in the right order before store opening and securely closing the restaurant using checklist
- Handle customer complains or alerts store manager about customer complains immediately
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
