Job Description
- Clear and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trees, and other obstacles
- Load, unload, and transport building materials (e.g., lumber, bricks, tools, equipment)
- Assist tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as directed
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth using hand or power tools
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, or other materials
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., wheelbarrows, compactors, jackhammers)
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
- College/university degree or diploma, spoken/written English and Tagalog
- Willing to work overseas on a two-year continuous contract, hardworking, self motivated and flexible, team player
- Valid four-wheeler driver’s licence and able to drive
- Skills required: Knowledge of construction materials & methods, basic understanding of construction site safety, understanding of local & international building codes
