Job Description
- Manicure Services: Provide a variety of manicure treatments, including classic manicures, gel manicures, French manicures, nail art, and paraffin treatments, to clients based on their preferences and needs
- Nail Care: Perform nail trimming, filing, cuticle care, and massage. Ensure the overall health of clients' nails, offering advice and product recommendations for home care.
- Gel & Acrylic Nails: Apply and remove gel and acrylic nails, ensuring a professional finish that meets the client's expectations.
- Nail Art: Create custom nail designs and artwork, using polish, gems, and other materials to create unique and stylish nail looks.
- Consultations: Conduct client consultations to assess their nail health, offer advice on nail care, and provide personalized recommendations for treatments or products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that each client feels comfortable and valued. Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
- Product Recommendations: Suggest and recommend high-quality nail care products that clients can use at home to maintain healthy nails.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other beauty professionals to ensure clients receive a seamless experience across different services, including hair, skincare, and massages.
- Sales & Upselling: Promote additional services, nail care products, and any ongoing promotions to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficiency in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art. Strong knowledge of nail health, sanitation, and safety standards.
