Job Description
- Installs and fabricates cable tray systems, primarily through welding and mechanical work.
- Bending and installing cable routes according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Electrode welding of cable routing brackets and other components.
- Ensuring the cable tray system is structurally sound and properly grounded.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to the cable tray system.
- May involve fabricating cable trays, supports, and other related components.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including electrode welding.
- Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with bending, cutting, and assembling metal components.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to welding and cable tray installation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and working in various positions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
