Job Description
- Leads range planning and trend forecasting to align product selections with current fashion directions.
- Manages the full buying cycle from product sourcing, selection, budgeting, order placement, and vendor coordination.
- Tracks key metrics like Rate of Sale (ROS), Buy Mix vs. Sale Mix, and Open-To-Buy (OTB) plans to optimize purchasing decisions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Fashion Buyer, preferably in menswear
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction
- Excellent analytical skills; experienced in interpreting sales data and managing margins and pricing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Navision
- Skilled in vendor negotiation and communication
- Detail-oriented with strong time management; able to work under pressure
- Strong fashion sense and market awareness
- Effective collaborator across planning, design, and marketing teams
