Job Description
- Responsible for technical ownership of all maintenance activities, local and central projects, site services and infrastructure with regards to delivery standards, best practice and ways of working
- Diagnose, manage and resolve complex technical Issues on the production lines and in support of the whole factory
- Ensure that adequate production line efficiency and condition-monitoring data is available, collected, collated and analyzed.
- Manage the knowledge base of agreed key electrical technologies and provide specialist knowledge as required
- Managing all technicians in achieving maintenance plans
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in frozen foods, bakery, snack, or FMCG manufacturing strongly preferred.
