Job Description
- • Greet and assist visitors upon arrival, providing information about park attractions and services.
- • Manage ticket sales and reservations, ensuring accurate processing.
- • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- • Assist with event coordination and guest services as needed.
- • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
- • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
