Job Description
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards. Assign and delegate tasks to team members based on staffing levels and operational needs.
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and ensure adherence to workplace policies and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing concerns or complaints. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times. Handle cash management duties such as opening/closing registers, balancing cash
- Train and support new employees to maintain consistent service and operational excellence. Coordinate with management regarding shift coverage, scheduling adjustments, and operational updates.
- Maintain inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and report shortages or discrepancies. Uphold company values by promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 5 yrs. experience in international restaurants in KSA
- Able to manage employees, follow up on inventory, solve customer related problems.
