Job Description
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets
- Supervise and train production staff, including operator technicians, to ensure quality productivity
- Monitor production process, identifying areas for improvements and implementing changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle employee relations, including performance management, training, and development.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- MUST HAVE an EXPERIENCE with DUCTING FABRICATION and CLADDING
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze production processes and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
